Packing and unpacking can be the most time-consuming parts of a move. Duryea Moving & Storage offers full and partial services so you can choose how much the team handles and how much you prefer to do yourself.
Duryea has provided moving and packing support since 1981 and can supply the materials and protection needed for household belongings and furniture.
Full-service packing
For a more hands-off move, Duryea can provide packing supplies and pack your belongings for transport. Furniture is wrapped for protection, and the moving plan can account for items requiring additional care or special handling.
Partial packing
If you want to pack most of your home yourself, the team can focus on selected rooms, fragile items or specific belongings identified in your moving plan. Packing supplies can also be provided when needed.
Unpacking assistance
Unpacking services can be adapted to your needs. Options described on Duryea’s current site include:
- Furniture placement in the rooms you select
- Boxes delivered to their correct rooms
- Full or partial unpacking
- Removal of used boxes and packing materials upon request
